Answering my own question: This is the Adaptive Server Anywhere sample database. I am facing exactly this same problem right now, could you please post how you did this? I wasn’t able to find this commercially available anywhere.

Many of the fields in this dialog are optional. So, after struggling with this for quite some time, I tried the install on bit version of Windows Server and this was successful. When you have specified the parameters you need, click OK to create the data source and close the dialog box. Enter your user ID and password.
To connect to the appropriate database, create a PowerDynamo connection profile that calls the appropriate ODBC data source name.
